We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions, respond to inquiries via multiple channels, use CRM tools effectively, and support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and inactive clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and the company’s website chat platform, ensuring effective engagement and conversion of leads.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage databases, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Organise meetings, schedules, and support the General Manager with reminders and coordination.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to align customer needs with service delivery and promotional activities.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and ensure data is securely stored and updated.
  • Manage vendor registration processes, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing communications effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, communication guidelines, and service standards.
  • Take proactive steps to enhance customer experience and drive client engagement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be resident within or around the Isolo axis.
