Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions, respond to inquiries via multiple channels, use CRM tools effectively, and support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and inactive clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and the company’s website chat platform, ensuring effective engagement and conversion of leads.
- Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage databases, and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Organise meetings, schedules, and support the General Manager with reminders and coordination.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to align customer needs with service delivery and promotional activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and ensure data is securely stored and updated.
- Manage vendor registration processes, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing communications effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, communication guidelines, and service standards.
- Take proactive steps to enhance customer experience and drive client engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be resident within or around the Isolo axis.
