Job summary
We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Officer to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to WhatsApp & Instagram DMs in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on our products and offer personalized recommendations.
- Process customer orders accurately and confirm payment details.
- Handle customer complaints
- Follow up on pending carts.
- Update customers on their tracking numbers or delivery status.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support
- Experience with e-commerce or Instagram businesses is a major plus.
- Strong organizational skills—you rarely lose things or forget tasks.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must reside in Abuja and be able to commute to the office daily.
