Customer Experience Executive
Job summary
We are in need of a Customer Experience Executive who will be responsible for managing clients from initial inquiry through property acquisition and post sale engagement. This role focuses majorly on Customer Relationship Management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships from initial inquiry through to property purchase and post-sale engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all clients' interactions and follow-up.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to ensure continuous client engagement.
- Coordinate property view days, consultations, and meetings with the sales team and other departments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client retention strategies.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Managing the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms, creating and publishing engaging content to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management, real estate operations, sales coordination, or related roles.
- Strong experience using Customer Relationship Management platforms for lead tracking and client Management.
- Ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and event coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Previous work experience in a similar role in the real estate sector is an added advantage.
