Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Confidently recommend products to customers.
- Ask for the sale and handle objections politely but firmly.
- Follow up relentlessly with customers and orders to ensure completion.
- Close loops on customer interactions; no delays or missed follow-ups.
- Actively work to drive sales through upselling and promoting products.
- Think of ways to show appreciation to loyal clients.
Customer Communication & Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, in person, social media).
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints professionally and proactively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide consistent, high-quality support.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to serve customers effectively.
- Develop feedback surveys and provide insights on customer experience improvements.
Operational & Administrative Tasks:
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and schedule appointments.
- Demonstrate excellent daily time management.
- Draft professional correspondence such as emails and letters.
- Answer phone calls and emails, and take messages accurately.
- Take comprehensive and accurate notes during meetings.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently.
- Oversee logistics to ensure dispatched orders are delivered on time.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.
Requirements:
