Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Confidently recommend products to customers.
  • Ask for the sale and handle objections politely but firmly.
  • Follow up relentlessly with customers and orders to ensure completion.
  • Close loops on customer interactions; no delays or missed follow-ups.
  • Actively work to drive sales through upselling and promoting products.
  • Think of ways to show appreciation to loyal clients.

Customer Communication & Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, in person, social media).
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints professionally and proactively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide consistent, high-quality support.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to serve customers effectively.
  • Develop feedback surveys and provide insights on customer experience improvements.

Operational & Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage calendars, organize meetings, and schedule appointments.
  • Demonstrate excellent daily time management.
  • Draft professional correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, and take messages accurately.
  • Take comprehensive and accurate notes during meetings.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently.
  • Oversee logistics to ensure dispatched orders are delivered on time.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.
