Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about Plaudit Realties’ properties, services, and investment opportunities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media messages professionally.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads until conversion.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Schedule property site visits and coordinate with field officers for inspections.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and after-sales support.
  • Uphold the company values of transparency, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.



Requirements:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role (experience in real estate is an added advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Confidence in handling clients both online and in person.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
