Global T-shirt Factory Nigeria is seeking an individual to fill the Customer Care Representative role, who will be laden with attending to customers online and on-site and offering general customer support. We are seeking sharp individuals with integrity and professionalism to manage the role.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through online, phone, and in-person channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Process customer orders, requests, returns, and other service-related transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service and follow-up support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and performance targets while contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales roles.
- Reside within and around the Yaba/Ojuelegba axis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent use of Microsoft and Google tools for data collection.
