Customer Care Representative
Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive client experience throughout the property journey.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about property listings, pricing, market trends, and company processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Support the sales team by coordinating client visits and property tours and assisting with documentation as needed.
- Proactively seek client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to a positive brand reputation.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of significant work experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the real estate industry or a related structured environment.
- Must currently live around the Ikota axis (Lekki, Lagos) for ease of commute and proximity to the office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
