Customer Care Representative
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions primarily through online channels. This role involves responding to inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth digital customer experience across platforms such as WhatsApp, social media, email, and website chat.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other digital platforms
- Support social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong written communication and digital engagement skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience with order management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- She will attend to customers online on all our social media platforms
- She will respond to queries & comment on our social media handles
- She will close sales and pass them on to the production team
- She will also create content & share on our platform
Resumption time: 8 am-5 pm Mon- Friday
