Job summary
We are hiring a Customer Care & Order Flow Officer to manage customer inquiries, process orders, update listings, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and fulfilment. This role suits someone organised, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple conversations. This role focuses on communication, coordination, and accuracy rather than physical stock handling.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Jiji, and email
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Create and track order records
- Confirm payments before order processing
- Post and update product listings on marketplaces and website
- Send confirmed orders to the shop for fulfilmentVerify order photos before packing
- Follow up on deliveries and close the loop with customers
- Maintain clear communication and order status updates
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Confident using WhatsApp and smartphones
- Basic digital record-keeping skills
- Calm under pressure and responsive during work hours
Location: Ajah, Lagos (Hybrid)
Work Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
