- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the property lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports for management.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
