- They will assist customers with reservations, confirm orders, track rides or deliveries, and resolve issues such as delays, cancellations, or payment concerns.
- The role also includes documenting customer interactions, updating booking systems, and coordinating with drivers and operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
