Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the respective CRS curriculum for Jamb, UTME, and SSCE exams.
- Develop and utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Motivate and inspire students to excel in their CRS examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and moral development.
- Effectively assess student progress in CRS knowledge and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in CRS education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Christian Religious Studies, Theology, Religious Education, or a closely related field.
- Teaching certification relevant to the assigned grade level (e.g., Nigeria Teachers' Registration Council - TRCN)
- Prior teaching experience, especially in preparing students for Jamb, UTME, and SSCE CRS exams, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Christian doctrines, ethics, and biblical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans that integrate biblical teachings with real-life situations.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for instilling strong moral values in students.
