Position: Crewing Manager (Marine & Offshore Operations)

I am currently looking to Hire an experienced and highly organized HR / Crewing Manager with a strong marine / offshore operations background to support workforce planning, personnel mobilization, and crewing administration within a dynamic maritime environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage offshore crew mobilization, deployment schedules, and personnel rotation plans

• Maintain crew certifications, statutory documents, and compliance records in line with maritime / offshore requirements

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for marine operations

• Manage travel logistics, accommodation, and deployment arrangements for offshore personnel

• Support employee relations, leave administration, and HR documentation for operational workforce management

• Liaise with vessel teams, operations management, clients, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders on crewing matters

• Ensure workforce readiness, compliance, and effective utilization of marine personnel

• Drive structured crewing and HR systems that support operational continuity and efficiency

Qualifications / Requirements:

✔ Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field

✔ Must have prior experience in marine / offshore / maritime operations (mandatory)

✔ Strong understanding of crew mobilization, offshore personnel documentation, and statutory compliance requirements

✔ Working knowledge of seafarer certifications, offshore readiness documentation, and workforce coordination processes

✔ Strong administrative, reporting, and stakeholder management capability

✔ Relevant HR / Maritime certification is an added advantage
