Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, SMS, and field visits
- Negotiate and structure repayment plans with clients
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and reports
- Liaise with legal and internal teams on complex cases
- Meet monthly recovery targets and minimize bad debt
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in credit recovery, collections, or debt management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of loan products and credit risk processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Resident in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate
- Completed NYSC
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Remuneration: NGN150,000.00 - 2000,000.00 + Commission
