Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate walk-in loan applicants and process loan applications and disbursements.
- Manage borrower accounts and conduct repayment follow-ups.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to encourage timely repayments.
- Follow up on outstanding loan repayments and support collection activities remotely from the office.
- Maintain accurate daily records of loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
