Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate lending opportunities
- Conduct credit analysis, client assessment, and underwriting reviews
- Support loan structuring, documentation, and disbursement processes
- Monitor portfolio performance and repayment trends
- Drive collections and recovery processes where required
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and risk guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of credit appraisal and risk assessment
- Experience with SME, salary-backed, or structured lending products is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage loan portfolios and client relationships effectively
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Credit, Lending, Risk Asset Sales, or Loan Operations
