Credit Administration Officer
Job summary
The Credit Administration Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all approved credit facilities are properly documented, conditions precedent are fulfilled, collateral is verified and perfected, security documentation is maintained in accordance with the Company's Credit Policy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Review approved credit facilities to ensure all approval conditions are met before disbursement.
- Prepare and review loan documentation, including Bills of Sale, Deeds of Assignment, and other security documents.
- Verify the completeness and authenticity of all KYC, legal, and credit documentation.
- Coordinate collateral valuation, verification and registration.
- Register and maintain security interests with the Nigerian Collateral Registry (NCR) and other relevant registries.
- Liaise with Legal, Operations, Marketing, Valuers and external agencies to ensure timely perfection of security.
- Maintain accurate custody and inventory of all collateral documents and title documents.
- Monitor insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage throughout the loan tenor.
- Track compliance with all post-disbursement conditions and loan covenants.
- Conduct periodic collateral inspections and maintain updated collateral records.
- Monitor facility expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or recovery actions where necessary.
- Provide timely reports on collateral status, documentation, security perfection and covenant compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required credit documentation.
- Recommend improvements to credit administration processes, documentation standards and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
