Creative and Spatial Lead
Job summary
We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Creative / Spatial Lead to shape immersive physical brand experiences that move beyond visual concepts into impactful real-world environments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and development of immersive spatial and experiential design solutions for brands and clients
- Translate creative ideas into practical, buildable, and execution-ready spatial experiences
- Develop 3D visualizations, layouts, renders, and spatial storytelling concepts for activations, exhibitions, retail, and event environments
- Ensure strong spatial logic, audience movement flow, and experiential engagement across all projects.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production, and client service teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Supervise fabrication and production processes to ensure design integrity and execution quality
- Manage material selection, production feasibility, and installation requirements within project budgets and timelines
- Lead and mentor junior designers and creative contributors within the spatial design function
- Conduct site visits and oversee installation processes where required
- Stay updated on global experiential design trends, fabrication technologies, and immersive brand experience innovations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Spatial Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in spatial, experiential, or environmental design
- Proven experience delivering physically executed projects across events, activations, exhibitions, retail, or installations
- Experience working within experiential agencies, creative agencies, architectural studios, or related environments
- Strong proficiency in 3D visualization and spatial design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of fabrication methods, production materials, and construction limitations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications
- Knowledge of experiential production workflows and installation processes
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
- Strong project coordination and execution capability
- Close attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Background in experiential marketing, exhibition design, or architectural visualization
- Understanding of audience behavior and interaction design within physical spaces
- Exposure to immersive technologies and interactive installations is an advantage
