The Creative Marketing Strategist is responsible for building and executing Tega Milton’s content and marketing strategy. Create compelling campaigns, plan content calendars, produce high-impact marketing material, and ensure our storytelling is emotionally powerful and commercially effective. This is a creative and strategic role, ideal for someone who is imaginative, organized, analytical and deeply plugged into digital culture and brand storytelling.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Storytelling:
- Develop the brand’s content strategy across social media, email, blog and website.
- Craft compelling stories that reflect the emotional essence of Tega Milton’s products.
- Write scripts, captions, newsletters, campaign stories and product narratives.
Campaign Ideation & Execution:
- Conceptualize marketing campaigns for launches, promotions and seasonal events.
- Work with the Founder to refine angles, messages and visual direction.
- Brief designers, videographers and photographers to bring campaigns to life.
Social Media Management:
- Create structured monthly content calendars.
- Generate ideas for reels, videos, carousels, UGC-style content and lifestyle visuals.
- Optimize content based on analytics and engagement performance.
Email & CRM Content:
- Develop high-converting email sequences: welcome series, product launches, reminders, abandoned cart flows and storytelling newsletters.
- Collaborate with the DCA to ensure emails align with SEO and website content.
Customer Insights & Objection Handling:
- Interpret feedback from sales, customer service and SPE to create relevant content.
- Translate FAQs and common objections into educational and persuasive messaging.
Website & Blog Content:
- Write keyword-focused blog posts aligned with SEO direction from the DCA.
- Optimize product descriptions, landing pages and brand pages for engagement and conversion.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Report weekly to the Founder on key growth activities and insights.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in content strategy, digital marketing or brand storytelling.
- Excellent writing skills and command of narrative structure.
- Ability to think visually and create content briefs.
- Comfortable managing multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Email, Blog).
- Familiar with marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, lifestyle or luxury industries (an advantage).
- A portfolio showing creative work (required).
