Creative Designer (Graphic Designer) – SounDisruptr

Location: Remote (Nigeria preferred – Abuja advantage)

Salary: ₦150,000 per month (starting)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Probation Period: 1-3 Months

Because of this, our creative team works on a wide variety of design projects beyond music alone.

The designer joining our team will contribute to visual content across multiple brands, campaigns, and client projects.

Role Overview

SounDisruptr is hiring a Creative Designer (Graphic Designer) responsible for producing high-quality visual designs that support marketing campaigns, social media growth, brand development, and digital products.

This role requires someone who understands that design is not only about making things look good.

Design must communicate clearly, attract attention, support marketing goals, and help brands grow.

The designer will work on projects for SounDisruptr and its clients, which may include artists, entrepreneurs, creative brands, cultural organisations, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is versatile, creative, fast, and comfortable working in an agency-style environment where multiple design projects are handled simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Content Design

Create engaging visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.

This includes:

• Instagram carousel posts

• Social media graphics

• Reels cover designs

• promotional graphics

• educational content visuals

• quote or insight posts

Designs must be clear, engaging, and optimised for mobile viewing.

Marketing Campaign Assets


Design visuals that support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Examples include:

• ad creatives for Meta and digital campaigns

• promotional banners

• webinar and masterclass graphics

• marketing visuals for courses and programs

• lead magnet covers

All designs must align with the campaign messaging and marketing strategy.

Branding & Identity Support


Assist with visual branding work for artists, creators, and client brands.

This may include:

• brand guides

• brand books

• visual identity assets

• artist electronic press kits (EPKs)

Designs must maintain strong brand consistency and professional presentation.

Digital Product & Document Design


Design visual materials used for digital products and marketing resources.

Examples include:

• ebooks and PDF guides

• course materials and slides

• brochures and presentation documents

• marketing decks and downloadable resources

Designs should be clean, professional, and easy to read.

Landing Page & Website Design Support


Collaborate with the web development team by designing visual assets used on websites and landing pages.

Examples include:

• landing page graphics

• website banners

• promotional sections

• digital product visuals

Designs must align with web layouts and support conversion-focused marketing pages.

Client Campaign Design Support


Provide visual assets that support marketing campaigns for clients across different industries.

Projects may include:

• artist campaign graphics

• brand campaign visuals

• event promotional designs

• content marketing graphics

The designer must be comfortable working across different styles depending on the brand or project.

Tools & Skills Required

Applicants should be highly comfortable with modern design tools and digital design workflows.

Preferred tools include:

• Canva (advanced level strongly preferred)

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

Candidates should understand:

• layout and composition

• typography

• colour balance

• visual hierarchy

• social media design trends

Designers who understand marketing psychology and content performance will have a strong advantage.

Personal Traits (Non-Negotiable)

Creative and visually detail-oriented.

Able to work quickly while maintaining design quality.

Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects.

Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.

Self-driven and able to complete tasks without constant supervision.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Performance Expectations

Successful designers in this role will demonstrate:

Consistent delivery of high-quality visual assets.

Ability to meet deadlines across multiple design tasks.

Strong social media visual performance.

Maintaining brand consistency across projects.

Responsiveness to feedback and ability to improve designs quickly.

Compensation & Probation

Starting Salary: ₦150,000 per month.

All new hires begin with a 1-3-month probation period.

During this period, performance will be evaluated based on:

• design quality

• speed of delivery

• responsiveness to feedback

• ability to follow brand guidelines

• collaboration with the team

Successful candidates will be confirmed as full-time team members after the probation period.

People who cannot manage multiple design tasks.

People who require constant supervision.

People who are uncomfortable receiving feedback or revising designs.
