Creative Experience & Content Associate

Job descriptions & requirements

We are looking for a visually-driven storyteller who understands that a "Soft Life" aesthetic is built on meticulous detail. You aren't just a content creator; you are an Experience Curator. You have a soulful eye for content but also possess the operational grit to bring a vision to life. Whether it’s styling a table at the Alali studio or coordinating a heritage site activation for our national tourism partnerships, you ensure our branding remains premium across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Platform Content Storytelling

Produce high-end, "Quiet Luxury" UGC for Alali and our partner organizations.

Capture the essence of our initiatives, focusing on vision, light, and the creative process.

Adapt content styles to fit different projects, from boutique gallery sessions to large-scale cultural tours.

2. Event Curation & Creative Styling

Assist in the physical setup of spaces, ensuring they meet our high-end aesthetic standards.

Source and manage decorative elements: natural textures, premium materials, and minimalist styling.

Hands on Execution: You are proactive and ready to handle the physical logistics of event setup from arranging decor to managing site layouts; ensuring every detail is polished before the cameras start rolling.

3. Versatile Project Support

While Alali is your home base, you will be assigned to various initiatives outside our physical spaces.

This includes on-site coordination for cultural heritage projects, partnership activations, and pop-up experiences across Lagos and beyond.

Who You Are

  • A Visual Romantic: You see beauty in small details: the way light hits a surface or the texture of a craft.
  • Meticulously Organized: You understand that premium branding requires discipline. You are punctual and proactive.
  • Agile & Adaptable: You are comfortable working in a quiet studio one day and an outdoor heritage site the next.
  • Eager to Evolve: You have a natural eye for decor and a hunger to master the art of boutique event planning and lifestyle curation.

Requirements

  • A portfolio of UGC or lifestyle content that reflects a premium, sophisticated aesthetic.
  • A strong interest in event decor, interior styling, or set design.
  • Based in Lagos with the flexibility to travel for off-site initiatives.
  • Availability for weekend sessions (including our 4:30 PM Sunday series).
