Job summary
The Creative Director will provide strategic and creative leadership for the company's media productions, overseeing concept development, storytelling, content creation, and brand execution.

Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
- Develop and drive the creative vision for all media projects.
- Lead concept development, storytelling, and creative strategy.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand identity and quality standards.
- Approve creative concepts and final deliverables before publication or client delivery.
Content Development:
- Lead script development and storyboarding processes.
- Generate innovative ideas for digital, video, and multimedia content.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
Production Oversight:
- Work closely with producers, project managers, and production teams throughout all stages of production.
- Provide creative direction during pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Ensure projects are delivered creatively, on time, and within scope.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, writers, videographers, editors, and other creative professionals.
- Coordinate freelance creatives where necessary.
- Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain exceptional creative standards across all productions.
- Review and approve final content before release.
- Continuously improve creative processes and output quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Creative Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or similar leadership role within a media or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, branding, storytelling, and multimedia productions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital media, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools and production workflows.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Gross
