Job summary
We are hiring a full-time, hands-on Growth, Video & Performance Campaign Operator to drive awareness, education, and early traction with pre-launch and launch strategy. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role. You will be working in an Agile environment with: Daily stand-ups and sprint planning, Task management boards, and Clear weekly deliverables

Responsibilities:
Video & Creative Content
- Create and publish high-quality marketing videos, reels, shorts, and raw YouTube content
- Produce viral short-form videos optimised for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts
- Use Synthesia or similar AI video tools to create: How-to instructional videos and AI human clone/narrator videos
- Create high-quality graphics, banners, and motion creatives
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
- Applicants must be able to show samples of video and creative work
Campaigns & Advertising
- Create video ads, banners, and creative assets for campaigns
- Build and manage ad campaigns across: Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Support landing pages, funnels, and campaign flows in collaboration with the funnel/website operator
- Optimise creatives for engagement and conversion, not vanity metrics
Brand & Community Execution
- Manage Africa-focused brand narratives in an educational and trust-building way
- Create and schedule content across social media (video, graphics, copy)
- Engage daily with comments, replies, DMs, and founder communities
- Capture audience feedback, objections, and insights for optimisation
Performance & Optimisation
Use analytics tools to:
- Measure content and ad performance
- Track engagement, CTRs, and conversions
- Improve ROI through creative optimisation
- Collaborate in weekly reviews to iterate fast based on data
Requirements:
- Strong short-form video creation skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Experience creating viral social videos
- Experience with paid ads, creatives, and campaigns
- Ability to use AI video tools (Synthesia or similar)
- Experience managing or supporting: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to create ad creatives, banners, landing pages, and funnels
- Comfort working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Ability to work with: Daily stand-ups and Task boards (Notion, Jira, etc.)
Success Metrics (First two weeks )
- Consistent, high-quality video and creative output
- All social media page growth and engagement
- Improved engagement and reach from segmented audiences
- First qualified waitlist signups attributed to campaigns
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
