Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's visual identity across all communication channels.
• Design company brochures, profiles, flyers, banners, and corporate documents.
• Ensure consistency of brand elements, colors, typography, and design standards.
• Create templates for presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Design promotional materials for digital and print campaigns.
• Produce social media creatives, advertisements, newsletters, and email banners.
• Develop marketing assets for exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Create engaging visual content that showcases completed projects and company milestones.
• Prepare visually appealing presentation boards for architectural and interior design proposals.
• Design mood boards, concept boards, and project presentations.
• Enhance architectural renderings with graphic elements and post-production techniques.
• Collaborate with Architects and 3D Visualizers to create high-quality project visuals.
• Work closely with: Architects, Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, Business Development Team, Project Managers, Marketing Team
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
• Support cross-functional teams with creative design solutions

Requirement:

• Minimum of an HND in: Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Architecture, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Creative Designer.
• Experience in an Architectural, Interior Design, Real Estate, or Workspace Design company is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital designs, and presentation graphics.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, Figma, CorelDRAW, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of: SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max (is an added advantage)
• Strong creativity and artistic ability.
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Good understanding of branding and marketing principles.
