Job summary
We are hiring a Creative Content Strategist to own the direction and structure of our advertising creatives. This role bridges marketing strategy and creative execution. The Creative Content Strategist will be responsible for developing winning hooks, angles, offers, and messaging that drive conversions across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & TikTok

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies for e-commerce ad campaigns
- Define hooks, angles, offers, and messaging per product
- Create clear, creative briefs for video editors and UGC creators
- Analyze ad performance and identify winning creative patterns
- Guide creative testing frameworks and iteration plans
- Work closely with media buyers to align creatives with performance goals
Requirements:
- BA/BSc/HND in any related field
- Proven experience creating or strategizing performance ad creatives
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & TikTok ad content
- Ability to translate data into creative direction
- Experience working with UGC-style content and short-form ads
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
