Job Summary

The Creative B2B Marketing Specialist will combine strategy, content creation, and campaign execution to shape how Clearer connects with its B2B audiences. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop high-quality content (articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, newsletters) tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Manage Clearer’s presence across digital channels—website, email, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and creative direction.
  • Optimize campaigns through analytics, ensuring maximum ROI and audience impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials.
  • innovative marketing formats to enhance brand reach.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns meet regulatory and brand compliance standards.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing, such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
