Job Summary

We are seeking a Creative Assistant who will support the creative team in developing innovative visuals and support the creative team in developing unique, compelling visual content and branding strategies for clients and internal projects. This role requires someone with a flair for visuals, an eye for detail, strong design skills, and creative strategic thinking.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand goals into creative direction by developing mood boards, concept decks, and visual systems that clearly communicate design ideas and campaign approaches, ensuring that every project aligns.
  • Design and produce creative assets such as logos, graphics, layouts, and campaign materials for both digital and print platforms, maintaining a high level of originality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the creative team—including planners, strategists, and designers—to brainstorm ideas, refine brand positioning, and generate innovative solutions that strengthen client campaigns.
  • Prepare design mockups, visual presentations, and proposals for internal review and client-facing meetings, ensuring ideas are clearly communicated and visually compelling.
  • Refine and iterate on design outputs based on client feedback, performance insights, and testing data, ensuring that final deliverables are purposeful, accurate, and effective.
  • Support social media and digital campaigns by creating engaging visual assets that enhance storytelling, audience engagement, and brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality creative standards by reviewing all design work for attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines before final delivery.
  • Contribute actively to ideation sessions with fresh perspectives, creative problem-solving approaches, and a willingness to push boundaries in design thinking.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify creative trends, industry best practices, and innovative approaches that can be adapted to client projects for maximum impact.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, Media, Communications, or a related creative field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in branding, creative design, or strategy, preferably in a creative agency environment.
  • Excellent design skills and strong aesthetic judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and originality in visuals.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow within the creative field.
  • Awareness of digital marketing processes such as campaign briefs, funnels, and performance KPIs.
  • Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.


Location: Lekki, Lagos.


Work Mode: Full Time (Hybrid)


Work Hours: Monday-Friday


Remuneration: NGN 250,000
