Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage our crane and forklift maintenance team. The successful candidate must have specialized experience in the maintenance of SANY cranes and other major Chinese brands of cranes (both truck-mounted and motorized cranes). The

Responsibilities:
- Specialize in the maintenance and repair of SANY cranes and other major Chinese-manufactured cranes.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults on cranes and forklifts.
- Investigate equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate mechanics and technicians to ensure quality workmanship and timely repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for crane and forklift fleets.
- Ensure all cranes and forklifts are maintained in optimum working condition and comply with OEM standards.
- Monitor fleet performance, equipment downtime, maintenance costs, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, company maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.
- Liaise with Operations, Procurement, and Management to ensure timely availability of spare parts and technical support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in crane maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Hands-on experience maintaining SANY cranes and other major Chinese brands of cranes (truck-mounted, all-terrain, rough terrain, crawler, and other motorized cranes).
- Proven ability to diagnose, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related faults.
- Strong experience managing crane and forklift maintenance fleets.
- Excellent knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and heavy-duty equipment maintenance.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, train, and evaluate a team of mechanics.
- Strong organizational, leadership, report-writing, and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license will be an added advantage.
