Job summary
An international digital healthcare education company is seeking a highly motivated professional to support its expansion across Nigeria. This position offers a unique career development pathway. The successful candidate will work directly with senior international leadership and receive intensive mentoring and training in healthcare education partnerships, business development, institutional engagement, and market development across all Nigerian regions and in the public and private sectors.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with institutional decision-makers.
- Support presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct market intelligence and opportunity mapping.
- Maintain accurate activity reports and records.
- Support proposal development and contract discussions.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and professional events.
Requirements:
- A university degree.
- Experience in one or more of these fields: healthcare, medical education, nursing education, universities and higher education, digital learning / EdTech, pharmaceuticals, business development, and international development projects.
- You are ambitious, professional, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- The discipline to work independently and remotely.
Your Mission:
- You will help expand partnerships with medical schools, nursing schools, universities, teaching hospitals, healthcare training institutions, ministries of health, professional associations and development partners and NGOs.
- You will represent innovative digital learning solutions that help educate healthcare professionals and strengthen health systems.
