Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Cost Control Officer. As the Cost Control Officer, you'll monitor and safeguard food and beverage costs by exercising adequate and prompt control over recording the cost of food and beverages purchased. You'll also check the accuracy of menu pricing based on analyzing the actual product costs of food and beverages served.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain close communication with purchasers for optimal pricing and quality and ensure proper ordering and inventory management of food and beverages.
- Conduct regular menu costing and accurate portion control and perform daily computer input and balance purchases with relevant personnel.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct spot-checks and audits
- Provide analysis for sales and consumption, update prices and control stock issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of progressive experience as an F&B Officer or related work experience
- Excellent organization, planning, and coordination skills
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000- 400,000
