Job summary
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by originating high-quality rental financing deals and onboarding corporate partners. This is a performance-driven role that requires strong prospecting ability, relationship management skills, and disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Loan Origination:
- Prospect, engage, and convert qualified employees from partner companies.
- Drive monthly disbursement targets (volume and value).
- Ensure all applications meet YALO’s credit and eligibility standards.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to successful disbursement.
- Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
Corporate Partnership Development (B2B):
- Identify and approach Grade A companies for potential partnership.
- Present YALO’s employer-backed financing solution to HR managers and decision-makers.
- Drive onboarding conversations and support partnership documentation.
- Maintain relationships with HR departments to ensure consistent deal flow.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Provide feedback on customer behavior and market trends.
- Identify new verticals and industries for expansion.
- Support the execution of sales campaigns and activation drives within partner companies.
Reporting & Accountability:
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales tracking.
- Submit weekly performance and pipeline reports.
- Track conversion rates and improve closing ratios.
- Ensure proper documentation for every transaction.
Portfolio Quality Awareness:
- Ensure proper onboarding and documentation to reduce default risk.
- Work closely with the credit and operations teams.
- Prioritize high-quality borrower acquisition over volume alone.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 7 years of previous experience in a similar role.
