Corporate Sales Branch Head
Job summary
The Corporate Sales Branch head drives acquisition and growth of corporate accounts, manages broker relationships, and executes branch-level sales strategies. The incumbent should have strong relationship building abilities, structured sales execution, and the ability to convert medium-to-large corporate opportunities across targeted industries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive strategic sales plans to meet individual and branch targets
- Prospect, pitch, and convert new corporate clients via direct channels, partnerships, and public sector accounts.
- Manage and grow broker relationships, enhancing lead flow and conversion quality.
- Identify and process bid and RFP opportunities; ensure timely submissions.
- Pitch PZL products to banks, co-underwriters, ZGIC, insurance partners, and institutional clients.
- Manage corporate client relationships, ensuring value delivery and retention.
- Provide proactive support on issues, renewals, and client servicing.
- Prepare weekly reports, monthly MPR inputs, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer service to support seamless onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate sales, insurance, or financial services.
- CIIN certification (in progress or completed) is an advantage.
- Additional sales or relationship management training is desirable.
