Corporate Finance Analyst (Investment Associate Level)
Job summary
Corporate Finance Analysts with at least 5 years in corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets or project finance. The role involves supporting transactions in capital raising, M&A, project finance and strategic advisory services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and business planning.
- Develop financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess company performance and identify trends towards appropriate advisory.
- Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and market research.
- Prepare pitch-desks documents for deal sourcing.
- Support preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and strategic planning documents
- Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking to inform financial strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, treasury, operations, and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting standard
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance or capital markets
- Degree in economics, accounting, banking & finance, or a related field
- SEC sponsorship is an advantage
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and valuation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CFA, ICAN, or similar certifications is a plus
