Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced to lead Corporate Field Sales Manager our field sales operations, develop corporate client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients, business opportunities, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, customer engagement, and market conditions.
- Generate leads through corporate visits, networking, referrals, direct prospecting, and other business development channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients while protecting the company's interests and profitability.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer needs, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up on all prospects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improving conversion and revenue.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer delivery and retention.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track sales team activities, attendance, productivity, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Organize sales meetings, field reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure sales representatives follow approved company policies, processes, and reporting procedures.
- Identify underperforming territories or sales representatives and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, prospects, sales activities, and transactions.
- Perform other duties related to sales and business development as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in field sales, corporate sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B/corporate sales and client acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other sales-tracking tools.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and field activities.
- Strong understanding of the local market and ability to identify business opportunities.
