Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Event Planner located in Abuja. The Corporate Event Planner will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of industry events, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination with vendors, and attendee management. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing logistics, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring events are executed smoothly and within budget. The role also involves overseeing promotional activities and maintaining effective communication with clients and sponsors.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management with the ability to organize and execute large-scale corporate events
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales for effective financial and sponsorship management
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and attendees
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Relevant experience in event planning and management is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the real estate or housing industry is an added advantage
