Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, goods, or clients as assigned
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, properly maintained, and serviced on schedule
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, car papers and trips
- Handle logistics and administrative errands
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification (ability to read and write fluently is required). HND/B.Sc. is an added advantage
- Previous managerial/admin experience is required
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record and no criminal record
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (corporate or private sector preferred)
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes
- Must be capable of performing basic clerical work
- Must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
- Must not have any tattoos or body markings
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and of good character
- Must be between the ages of 35 and 45 years
