Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for executive personnel and key stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding transportation schedules and any potential changes or delays.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fully functional before and after each use.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road to promote safety and compliance.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading personal items, documents, and any equipment as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Be available for on-call transportation needs, exhibiting flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business demands.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through city and regional traffic effectively and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with executives and staff.
