Remuneration:

Safely transport company executives, staff, clients, investors, and business partners to and from designated locations, including meetings, site inspections, airports, and corporate events.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times; perform routine checks on oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential components; report any mechanical issues promptly.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations; drive defensively to ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle at all times.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, including daily mileage logs, trip reports, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules; ensure vehicle insurance, roadworthiness, and other statutory documents are up to date.
Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refuelling; manage fuel consumption efficiently and report any irregularities.
Provide courteous and professional reception services to clients and guests upon arrival; assist with luggage and other needs as required.
Run official errands, including collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and supplies to and from external parties.
Ensure the vehicle is securely locked when not in use; adhere to all company security protocols and report any suspicious activities.
Assist the Administration Department with vehicle-related logistics for events, site visits, and other activities.
Immediately report any accidents, near-misses, or traffic violations to the Administrative Manager and assist in documenting incident reports.
