Job summary

The Corporate Communications Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s communications strategy across all social media platforms, internal communications channels, and external stakeholder engagements. The role will lead storytelling initiatives that position Nepal Energies as a credible, growth-focused energy brand.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and grow Nepal Energies’ presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Curate structured storytelling content around Nepal’s operations, trading activities, supply chain milestones, projects, and leadership positioning.
  • Drive traffic and measurable engagement that supports business development and retail growth.
  • Oversee content calendar, campaign execution, analytics tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Lead internal communications to ensure message consistency across departments and operations.
  • Manage external communications, including press releases, stakeholder messaging, and reputation management.
  • Develop crisis communication guidelines suitable for an energy-sector organization.
  • Supervise creative execution, including graphic design, video production, and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Commercial, and Operations teams to align messaging with revenue goals.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 7years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Brand Communications, or Marketing Communications.
  • Proven experience managing corporate social media platforms with measurable growth in engagement and traffic.
  • Strong storytelling and content structuring ability, particularly in regulated or technical industries (energy, finance, infrastructure, manufacturing).
  • Demonstrated experience handling both internal and external communications.
  • Ability to translate operational activities into structured, audience-focused content.
  • Experience developing communication frameworks, brand guidelines, and governance-aligned messaging.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and performance reporting.
  • Leadership experience managing a communications or creative team.
