The Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Manager protects and enhances the company’s brand reputation while driving its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the design and implementation of sustainability programs, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, to meet corporate sustainability objectives.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, investors and the local community.
- Protect and enhance the organisation's reputation by proactively addressing issues, managing crises and promoting a positive corporate image.
- Monitor and influence relevant policies and regulations to support the organization's corporate affairs goals.
- Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with industry standards.
- Manage a team of professionals within the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability department, providing guidance, mentorship and leadership.
Requirements:
- HND in Business, Communications, Sustainability or other business related discipline.\
- Master’s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences or other related discipline is an added advantage.
- Minimum of eight years’ relevant work experience, with at least five years in a senior management role.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
