Responsibilities:
- Interpret creative briefs from strategists and planners to develop campaign ideas and messaging
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media, radio, TV, and outdoor)
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, and brand strategists to create integrated campaign concepts
- Develop headlines, taglines, scripts, and body copy that align with brand tone and objectives
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors
- Present creative concepts and copy ideas to internal teams and clients
- Revise and refine copy based on feedback from creative directors or clients
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communication materials
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
Requirements:
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong creativity and conceptual thinking
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
- Good understanding of branding and advertising principles
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and grammar accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience working as a copywriter in an advertising or creative agency
- Portfolio of advertising copy and campaign work
