Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver practical, workshop-based technical training modules in the following areas: HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
- Ensure all training aligns with industry and international standards.
- Conduct assessments and certify trainees’ skill competency.
- Provide mentorship and on-site technical guidance to enhance field performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical supervision or training experience.
- Professional certification or degree in a related engineering or technical discipline.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
