Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled contract manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration and project cost control within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Contract Administration and Management
- Provides Cost estimation on prospective projects
- Responsible for Project Planning and Cost Control on all the company’s projects
- Provides a detailed work schedule with daily and weekly cost control tools for all company projects
- Provides guidelines for meeting the departmental objectives
- Participates in site inspection visits and pre-bid/tender clarification meetings.
- Ensures the corporate business targets are achieved at all times
- Manages stakeholders on the Company Projects
- Interfaces with the client on all contract issues and also responds to all queries
- Coordinates all tendering and bidding activities of the company and ensures the timely submission of bids
- Responsible for the preparation, thorough packaging, and submission of tenders and pre-qualification (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender, and commercial tender)
- In charge of drafting contracts and engagement documents for Subcontractors & Vendors
- Ensure that vendors/subcontractors meet the contractual agreement specified within their contracts.
- Responsible for reviewing all the company’s contract documents in line with applicable contract laws and requirements
- Advises Management on all contract-related concerns.
- Manages project resources for cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
