Job summary
We seek to hire culinary professionals specializing in preparing and cooking dishes from European continental cuisine, which typically includes a variety of dishes like pasta, grilled meats, seafood, and classic sauces, requiring a strong understanding of techniques like sauteing, roasting,grilling, while maintaining high standards of food quality

Responsibilities:
- Attend toolbox meeting.
- Participate in TBT, TSTI/JSA
- Check the provided menu to know the day's task
- Setting up workstations with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
- Cooking food in various utensils or grills.
- Check cooking equipment for hygiene and safety
- Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy.
- Prepares foods to the specifications of the client.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, environmental, safety, and health management system standards with adherence to procedures.
- Bring the meat out from the chiller and wash it as part of preparation.
- Prepare dishes as per the Catering Supervisor's instructions.
- Ensure that supervisors taste the prepared dish. Store prepared food in a warmer and a bain-marie.
- Serve food, identify safety hazards in the workplace &good housekeeping of the work area
- Any other roles as instructed by the supervising manager
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Minimum of SSCE
- Good hygiene
- Great culinary skills
