The Content/Creative lead will be responsible for developing high-converting content ideas, marketing angles, campaign concepts, and creative strategies that improve ad performance and customer engagement. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, consumer psychology, storytelling, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies and campaign ideas for digital marketing campaigns
- Research winning content trends, competitor ads, and viral concepts
- Create content briefs and scripts for content creators and video editors
- Work closely with the media buying team to improve ad performance through creatives
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize based on insights
- Generate fresh hooks, angles, and concepts for products and campaigns
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure quality and timely delivery of content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for product launches and promotions
- Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars
- Review and give feedback on videos, ad copies, and creatives before publishing
- Test different creative approaches to identify winning content styles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content strategy, creative marketing, or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Experience creating or managing high-performing content campaigns
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is an added advantage
