Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Strategy Lead to own and drive Dang!’s
content ecosystem across all markets and channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines strategy, execution, and leadership, with
responsibility for building a culturally relevant, performance-driven content engine that
strengthens brand positioning, drives revenue, and supports long-term growth across both
consumer and B2B audiences.
You will lead integrated campaigns, shape brand storytelling, and oversee content
performance, while managing a lean team and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver
measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Platform Ownership
• Own and evolve Dang!’s content positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative direction across all touchpoints
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation in brand voice and storytelling
• Champion Dang!’s cultural platform rooted in autonomy, dignity, flexibility, and challenger brand energy
• Develop and maintain content pillars that guide all brand communication
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to align content with the roadmap, launches, and go-to-market sequencing.
2. Integrated Campaign Leadership
• Lead the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns with clear message sequencing and defined phase gates
• Define channel strategy and content distribution across paid, owned, and earned media
• Translate brand strategy into high-performing content formats, including social-first campaigns and content series
• Develop and oversee campaign briefs, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
• Drive execution that balances brand storytelling with commercial outcomes
3. Cultural Relevance & Brand Positioning
• Identify and activate culturally relevant moments, partnerships, creators, and communities
• Ensure Dang! shows up authentically and meaningfully in spaces where its audience lives and engages
• Build a distinctive and credible brand presence that reinforces trust and relevance
• Shape Dang!s positioning as a culturally intelligent and forward-thinking brand
4. Team Leadership & Execution
• Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Officer and Social Media Manager
• Operate as a player-coach setting direction while actively contributing to execution
• Guide content development, creative direction, and storytelling across formats
• Ensure high standards of output, consistency, and performance
5. Agency & Partner Management
• Lead relationships with creative, media, PR, influencer, and production partners
• Develop strong briefs, set clear deliverables, and ensure disciplined execution
• Evaluate agency performance and optimize partner mix where necessary
• Drive accountability for measurable outcomes and ROI
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Creative Services to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
• Work closely with Performance Marketing to connect brand investment with acquisition efficiency and long-term CAC improvement
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing on storytelling, feature launches, and commercial priorities
• Support B2B growth through thought leadership, PR, and industry-facing initiatives

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Experience Required
• 3 years in content strategy, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles
• Experience managing teams and/or agencies
• Proven track record of building and executing successful content or brand campaigns
• Experience working across multiple markets is an added advantage
