Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts, storylines, and engaging content ideas for reality show productions.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee content production from pre-production to post-production stages.
- Create and manage production schedules, shooting plans, and content calendars.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity, production goals, and broadcasting standards.
- Generate creative ideas for social media, digital engagement, and audience participation around the show.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in content production tools and basic knowledge of video editing software is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000
