📍 About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through visuals, skilled in both photography and videography, and capable of producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
🎥 Key Responsibilities
Videography
Create engaging, high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and social media.
Film and edit videos for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Manage production gear and maintain an organised video library.
Photography
Conduct photo shoots for clients and products—including events, portraits, lifestyle, and studio photography.
Capture creative, high-quality images that meet client needs and company standards.
Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Organise, catalogue, and deliver final images within agreed timelines.
Production & Client Coordination
Communicate with clients to understand their vision, expectations, and project requirements.
Scout locations and evaluate lighting and equipment needs ahead of shoots.
Set up, operate, and maintain photography and videography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, props, etc.).
Ensure backup equipment is available and functional at every shoot.
Provide creative direction and pose guidance to clients, models, and subjects.
Manage client expectations before, during, and after production.
✔️ Requirements
Proven experience as a photographer and videographer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus).
Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
