Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Content creation: Developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.

  • Copywriting: Writing clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, product descriptions, and other promotional content.

  • Content strategy: Developing and executing content strategies aligned with organizational goals, target audience preferences, and brand identity.

  • Content calendar management: Planning and scheduling content publication across different channels to maintain consistency and maximize reach.

  • Content optimization: Optimizing content for search engines (SEO), social media algorithms, and user engagement to improve visibility and performance.

  • Visual content creation: Producing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia assets to accompany written content and enhance audience engagement.

  • Social media management: Managing social media profiles and accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis.

  • Email marketing: Creating email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.

  • Public relations: Writing press releases, media pitches, and editorial content to generate media coverage and enhance brand reputation.

  • Internal communications: Developing internal communication materials, such as employee newsletters, memos, and announcements, to keep staff informed and engaged.

  • Brand messaging: Ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels and materials.

  • Content analytics: Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass communication or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as content creator 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
