Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take high-quality professional photos for social media, music promotion, press and branding.
- Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks and other short-form videos.
- Create behind-the-scenes content from studio sessions, music videos, shoots and events.
- Create engaging daily/social-media content based around my music, lifestyle and artist brand.
- Develop creative content ideas that fit my image and music.
- Capture both planned shoots and spontaneous content.
- Edit photos and videos to a professional standard.
- Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends.
- Work with me on content concepts, locations, outfits, and creative direction.
- Organise and deliver edited content within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a content creator, photographer or videographer.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks and short-form videos.
- Must have professional lighting equipment suitable for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Must have your own camera and/or professional content-creation equipment.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, angles and composition.
- Strong photo and video editing skills.
- Creative eye for fashion, music and entertainment.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to make an artist feel comfortable and confident on camera.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be based in Lagos and able to travel to different locations when required.
- Must be available to work 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
